Perlovskiy summer theater in the newspapers on the ridge of XIX-XX centuries

Present article, written under scientific research on «Countrysides of late XIX — early XX ages of the North-Eastern part of Moscow governorate, as a social-cultural phenomenon» and dedicated to summer theater in the countryside of Perlovka in Mytischy volost, Moscow municipality. It overviews newspaper publications in «Moscowskie vedomosti», «Moscowskiy listok», «Rampa i zhizn’», «Russkie vedomosti», «Teatral’nie izvestiya» and other newspapers that were connected with this theater from 1884 to 1915. The article analyses frequency of performances from May to August, theaters repertoire for 30 years, their professional level, the article is the first one to mention performances of artists V.F.Komissarzhevskya, V.A.Kalinovich, I.P.Kiselevskiy, M.S.Dymov, V.A.Sashin, M.M.Blumenthal-Tamarina, O.N.Mitkevich, A.I.Charin, singers N.N.Figner, O.F.Perlova, P.S.Olenin, dancers M.M. Mordkin , A.A.Gorsky and others in this theater. The article is the first to verify the architector of the theater — N.N.Zykov. Data, used in the article, show the intensity of summer performances from 1 to 3 per week during summer seasons, high level of drama, opera, ballet plays, in which took parts renown actors and amateurs, found and revealed feedbacks on those performances. Those data can be viewed as a substantial addition to research of repertoire of summer theaters, expanding the base of few preserved theatrical advertisements of the abovementioned period.
