The article presents a structural and organizational model of the formation of professional socialization of future workers in the conditions of the educational space «school-college-enterprise», describes the relationship between the elements of the process of formation of professional socialization. The features and approaches of the formation of professional socialization of students, as well as the mechanisms of implementation of the structural and organizational model of the formation of professional socialization of future workers are considered.
