Speech techniques in the implementation of the scientific principle in history teaching

History teaching, as one of the most important socio-cultural regulatives, is implemented in socio-cultural communications on the basis of socio-cultural experience. Therefore, in the educational process, texts are not only textbooks and other manuals, paper and electronic, but also their interpretations created by various participants in the course of educational speech activity. The text formed jointly by the communicants, transformed, analyzed, commented on and interpreted during the educational process, acquires an educational status and is assimilated at the speech level. This means that the qualified speech and communicative qualities of the teacher become the determining factor of his success, the effectiveness of approaches to subject and metasubject learning, and almost the main condition for the transfer of knowledge and skills of working with information.
