To the historical context in the poem "Alguziani" (15th century)

The article examines the content of the Georgian-language poem "Alguziani" in order to reveal in it information concerning the history of the Caucasus. An attempt is made to date the events described in the poem. Then they are compared with the real historical situation in the period under review. In the course of the analysis, it was possible to find a number of signs indicating the 15th century as a time of the historical plot of the poem. For the first time, the real historical picture and identification of the heroes of the work are revealed. It is concluded that the poem has a certain historical context of scientific interest.
