Criteria basis for mastering the course of mathematics by primary school students on the basis of foreign experience

The methodology of the presented research is based on the comparison of the results of the assessment of the level of mathematical education of 9th grade students in Russia according to the results of the OGE and the data of the international PISA studies, followed by the development of proposals for the application of the criteria basis for evaluating the results of the development of the course of mathematics. The developers of diagnostic works had to take into account such factors as the age characteristics of primary school students and the possibility of significant differences in the degree of preparation of children depending on the type of educational institution. In Russia, it is necessary to establish a strong link between the initial practical experience of performing the test work in the PISA format and the progress of school exam results. It is necessary to develop mathematical skills in primary school students, taking into account the vast experience of implementing the requirements of international and federal state educational standards.
