Phenomenological approach in studying the potential of the personality of the historical past

The article discusses the possibility of applying the methodology of phenomenological research potential of historical figures in the combination of natural-scientific and phenomenological methodological approaches, highlights the research methodology as a combination of modern phenomenology procedures adapted to the study of the potential of the former specific in the historical past.
