Psychological features of the relationship between students and coaches

It is argued that it is impossible to fully analyze the psychological aspects of the communicative process between a coach and students without an obligingly active and permanently active side of the communicative system-parents whose children are engaged in sports. In this regard, it is justified that it is necessary to deepen the understanding of the psychological and pedagogical system in the context of the study of problems and expand the communicative aspect of the link "coach-young athlete" to "coach-young athlete-parents". It is proved that a high level of emotional intelligence, active listening skills, dexterity, strategic thinking and mastery of effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills should be included in the professional psychograms of a sports coach.
