On the question of the characteristic of metaphorical terms (metaphor terms) in the english legal terminology

this article is devoted to the metaphorical term of English criminal law. Metaphor terms are not the most numerous among all other terms, but they are also widely used and are quite specific to English, including the legal language. Giving a General description of metaphorical terms, the article pays attention to their models, including anthropomorphic, sociomorphic, natural and artifact. The article provides a qualitative and quantitative analysis of these terms.
