Evaluative vocabulary in the dialects of the far North-East

This article discusses the main thematic groups of evaluative vocabulary in the dialects of the Far North-East. Target. Study of emotional-evaluative connotation in the lexical meaning of dialect vocabulary in the speech of old-timers of the Far North-East. Methods: analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, classification and comparison. Results. Evaluative vocabulary is a reflection of the specific features of the national and cultural perception of the world. Thematic groups of evaluative vocabulary are associated with realities that are relevant for dialect speakers (crafts, weather, assessment of a person's inner qualities, his attitude to work, sociability, etc.) Conclusions. A large number of lexical units with a connotative element of expressiveness and evaluativeness, reflecting a person's subjective perception of the world around them, testify to the anthropocentricity of the speech dialect system of the Far North-East
