Badrutdin Magomedov: the beginning of a creative path

The article presents the biographical milestones of the modern Kumyk poet Badrutdin Magomedov; the formation of the beginning of his creative activity is considered. The subject matter and problems of poetic texts are analyzed, attention is focused on the translation activity of the author.
