Development of connected speaking of preschoolers with general speech underdevelopment by means of children's fiction

Correct speech is the most important condition for the all-round full-fledged development of children and their further socialization, high readiness for schooling. Considering that preschool education in Russia is legally declared the first educational stage, and the number of children with general speech underdevelopment increases every year, the problem of increasing the effectiveness of correctional and educational work on the development of coherent speech of preschoolers with speech disorders becomes urgent. This article discusses the issues of improving the correctional speech therapy work on the development of coherent speech of preschoolers with general speech underdevelopment by means of children's fiction.
