Formation of an integrative educational space of a technical university in modern conditions of professional training of a specialist

The article reveals the current state and features of the development of a technical university in modern conditions of professional training of a specialist. The author dwells in detail on the weakening of the position of higher engineering education in the Russian Federation in the last two decades. Special attention is paid to the formation of an integrative educational space for the professional training of specialists in technical specialties in modern higher education. In the context of his research, the author describes the designed model of the integrative educational space of a technical university based on the integration of the target settings of all subject areas within the framework of the main professional educational program for the training of a technical specialist.
