Corporate university as a format of corporate media education: theoretical and methodological aspect

The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of a corporate university in the context of digital transformation. The concept of a corporate university has a much broader concept than simple in-house training. The task of a modern corporate university is to interact and attract internal and external actors of the educational space to develop the human capital of the organization and support the achievement of the company's strategic and operational objectives. The development of a corporate education system in the format of a corporate university not only makes it possible to solve these problems, but is also perceived much more broadly, which allows the company's employees to develop exactly those competencies that they need for a comfortable existence in a modern living environment. Moreover, in the case of a broad perception of a corporate university as an educational hub of the company, this can be done quickly and accurately.
