The diagnostic tools for identifying the level of teachers’ pedagogical skill formation of preschool educational institutions

The diagnostic work to identify the level of pedagogical skills formation of preschool teachers is obtained in the article; the theoretical developments available in modern psychological and pedagogical science on the issue of diagnostics of teachers' skillful are clarified. The views of researchers on the requirements and main directions of diagnosing pedagogical skills are presented; the diagnostic tools (criteria, indicators, research methods and techniques) are analyzed and formed, which allows to identify the level of pedagogical skills formation of teachers of preschool educational organizations.
