The article deals with issues related to the peculiarities of network interaction of educational and other organizations that can contribute to the educational process as a whole and the formation of research activities of students in particular. The importance of conducting research in this matter is explained by the fact that there is no understanding by students and their parents that this activity contributes to the development of value personal qualities, such as self-determination, creativity, creativity, self-education, etc. The article indicates the purpose, objectives and principles of organizing additional education for students within the framework of extracurricular activities in network interaction. The regulatory framework, forms of implementation, as well as the content of the model of extracurricular activities, its leading directions and mechanisms are presented. An adapted and tested program of the extracurricular course "Fundamentals of Medical Knowledge" is proposed for consideration.
