Globalization processes, universal informatization and the rapid development of computer and communication technologies actively contribute to the formation of a number of general requirements relevant to the training of socially significant professions, among which there are also specialists responsible for fire protection of people and objects. These trends help to regulate the methods and procedure of work, which allows specialists to meet global professional standards, take into account experience that contributes to the efficiency of the performance of work duties, but, most importantly, adapt the educational programs of leading universities in developed countries to the global order of human resources, thereby universalizing the training program for fire safety specialists to the current needs of the international labor market. The definition of general professional competencies that are in demand on the international labor market among fire safety specialists will make it possible to achieve their compliance with the Value of International Experience (VIE) and achieve social effects. This factor acts as the main tool for improving the quality of education and, subsequently, the professional experience of specialists, which is an important component of the formation of "global" competencies that meet the goals of the United Nations Organization for Organization for the Economic Cooperation and Development (International Student Assessment Program and international organization that works to build better policies for better lives) and global personnel policy.
