Optimization of special strength training in hand-tohand combat

The article analyzes the positions of modern scientists concerning the improvement of the most significant physical qualities of martial artists that affect the effectiveness of their competitive activities. The role of the dynamic matching principle and the features of its use in solving the tasks of special strength training of martial artists are determined. The authors have developed and proposed new approaches to the organization of the training process at the pre-competition stage, aimed at optimizing, developing and improving special power abilities in hand-to-hand combat.
