Scientific and theoretical foundations of discipline among cadets of higher military educational institutions in physical training classes

The article examines the scientific and theoretical foundations of the discipline among cadets of higher military educational institutions in physical training classes. The urgency and necessity of physical training of cadets has been substantiated. The requirements, content and results of physical training as an academic discipline, features of the organization of physical training are considered. It is concluded that the scientific and theoretical foundations of the discipline "Physical culture" in higher military educational institutions reflect the totality of the regulatory and legal foundations of future operational and professional activities, objective changes in politics, the economy of the country, society, the requirements of educational standards for cadets as graduates of higher educational institutions, the characteristics of the holistic development of the personality, the level of mental performance, health, mental well-being and physical perfection.
