Language aggression in the German publicistic discourse

Using examples from German publicistic sources, the article illustrates the mechanisms for the implementation of language aggression. Language aggression is often expressed within the framework of a declarative speech act. The purpose of the implementation of language aggression is to protect their national interests, to warn the enemy about their warlike intentions. The main thematic area of the implementation of linguistic aggression is politics. Markers of language aggression are actualized at the linguistic and pragmatic levels.
