Development of speed endurance sprinters 18-20 years by means of repeated-shutch method

The article reflects the results of the influence of the re-shuttle method on the speed endurance of short distance runners. Re-shuttle method, in which the repetitive method and shuttle run are combined. With the help of the re-shuttle method, it was possible to achieve an intensification of the training process, which made it possible to most effectively prepare athletes for the beginning of the spring-summer season.
