Characteristics of the organization of military-political discourse

The article represents a study of the features of the military-political discourse (MPD). The research analyzes the works of modern domestic scientists studying the MPD, provides a detailed description of the characteristic features inherent in the MPD, gives the basic definitions of this concept, and analyzes the functions of MPD. Due to the fact that the author of the work is of the opinion about the hybrid nature of the military-political discourse, a comparison of the MPD with political and military types of discourse is made, as well as their brief description. On the basis of the analysis carried out, our own definition of MPD is derived.
