In Western and American cultures, the desire to become successful in the professional field is a priority for every person. This article examines the English phraseological units representing the concept of «success» in professional activity. The definition of the concept and the interpretation of the concept of «success» are given. The article proposes a classification of phraseological units reflecting the concept of «success» by frames and slots.
