Changing of the Moscow’s appearance in the 1990s

The article analyzes the influence of the city planning policy of the Moscow Government in the 1990s on the change in the appearance of the city. It shows the implementation of large-scale projects of Mayor Yury Luzhkov. The processes of de-ideologization of the urban environment in the post-Soviet period are considered.
