Ways to motivate future primary school teachers to form additional professional competences

The article deals with topical issues of modernization of the system of secondary and vocational education. In particular, the aspect of the formation of functional literacy in extracurricular activities. The purpose of this work is to create additional conditions for the development of professional competence in future primary school teachers. Additional conditions for the development of professional competence in future elementary school teachers are considered. A tool for evaluating students' independent participation in self-education is proposed.
