Description of language tools to update the concepts of "Education" on the Russian-language version of the website of Shenzhen MSU-BIT University

Linguistic and cultural studies are conducted in the direction from the semantics of linguistic units to the peculiarities of culture. We reconstruct the regularity of the formation of concepts through linguistic and cultural expressions. We have chosen a typical Russian-language version of the website of Shenzhen MSU-BIT University to describe the language means and cultural features and identify signs for updating the concept of education. We learned that the educational potential of university websites is formed on the basis of the concept of education in directions: the structure of education, the subjects of education, the information content of the educational process, the educational aspect of the educational process, the global nature of education. On the website of Shenzhen MSU-BIT University the addressee of the Russian-language version receives the following stylistic effects as a result of the perception of language information: structurality; polycode; international, international character.
