Comparative analysis of precedent name trump / trump in foreign and Russian media

In modern linguistic studies there is a great interest in the study of precedent names. The article examines the precedent name of Donald Trump. The aim of this work is to analyze the precedent name Trump in its denotative and connotative meaning in a comparative aspect on the material of the foreign and Russian media. The analysis of media texts showed that precedent name Trump is mostly used in denotative meaning with negative connotation.
