Features of local administration during the process of replacing the warriors of the Nizhny Novgorod Reserve militia of 1812

The article is devoted to the consideration of the peculiarities of the formation of the Nizhny Novgorod reserve militia of 1812: the identification of the peculiarities of the local estate and corporate administration of the era, revealed in the process of replacing the militia warriors. Based on the study of the materials of the Central Archive of the Nizhny Novgorod region and the analysis of historiographical data, the general and special features of the reserve militia corps at an early stage of its formation are revealed.
