Formation of a culture of occupational safety using coaching technology

The article provides a comparative analysis of the concepts and definitions of the concept of "safety culture" in various formulations. The definition of the concept of "occupational safety culture" is proposed, developed by the author on the basis of concepts and statements of other researchers and his own practical experience. The article considers an approach to the formation of a culture of occupational safety using the technology of pedagogical coaching as a tool for improving the level of professional competencies of personnel based on a personality-oriented approach. The author believes that the use of coaching technology in the corporate educational process presents new coaching ideas aimed at the formation and development of personnel competencies in the field of occupational safety and health, as well as the disclosure of the potential of personnel.
