The use of ethnonyms in internet discourse as a legal linguistic aspect

The article presents a linguo-legal practice-oriented study, the object of which is the manifestation of speech aggression in the language of network communication, and the subject is a lexico-semantic group of ethnonyms. The purpose of the article is to show the need to develop linguistic and legal norms of speech, to define the boundaries of non-conflict and conflict functioning of the language. The authors, using empirical research methods, consider the issues of determining the conflict nature of the use of ethnonyms, give examples of judicial precedents of bringing to responsibility for the use of ethnopholisms in social networks. The article concludes that it is necessary to develop a special scale of lexical effectiveness of the use of ethnonyms.
