Informativeness of a political text as a way of influence on a speech recipient (on the example of the speech of USA president J. Biden)

The article considers the informativeness of the speech of political discourse as a way of influencing on the recipient of speech. The speech of the USA President J. Biden to the employees of the US State Department on February 4, 2021 is analyzed. The measure of informativeness is determined; factors influencing on the strengthening and weakening of the measure of information content; language means that affect the recipient of speech.
