The role of laboratory practice in the formation of future teachers' readiness for independent professional activity

The analysis of the level of readiness of graduates of pedagogical universities for independent professional activity actualized the issue of practice-oriented training of teaching staff. The article substantiates the role of laboratory practice as one of the forms of practice-oriented training in the development of graduates' professional activity, the ability to adjust their own professional activities. As a result of the study, the authors determined the conditions for the introduction of this form of independent educational and industrial work of students. The experimental material shown in the article testifies to the positive dynamics of the level of readiness of students for the upcoming pedagogical activity, which confirms the effectiveness of the applied form of training specialists.
