The article provides a comparative analysis of the rational and emotional components of the evaluation of online recommendations, feedback and customer comments. It covers the aspect of dominance and leading positions in positive and negative types of assessment. Moreover, linguistic, stylistic and pragmatic markers in online texts are analyzed and studied in detail.
