Attracting and retaining a potential student becomes the most important factor ensuring the success of an educational institution. In order to increase the effective admission campaign, we conducted a study to identify the main motivation factors that influence the choice of the place of study and the direction of the educational program. The conducted research allowed us to formulate proposals on the organization of the work of the admission campaign of the university.
