Concept "trust" in the media discourse (based on German language)

The article deals with the concept "Vertrauen" (trust) in the German media discourse. The relevance of the work is due to the fact that in the modern world the problem of "trust" is becoming increasingly important, due to the current tense international situation. This concept "Vertrauen" is widely represented in the German press in such themes as politic, economic, career and sport. The main lexical unit that verbalizes this concept "Vertrauen" in German is the lexeme "das Vertrauen". The conceptual features of the concept "Vertrauen" are: a firm belief in reliability, confidence in the realization of hopes and expectations for the future, unity. The elements of the concept "Vertrauen" include Verständnis (understanding), Gemeinsamkeiten (community), Unterstützung (support), Gewinn (benefit), werben (effort), sich freuen (joy).
