Municipalization and demuncipalization of the housing facility of a provincial town in 1918 - 1929. (by the example of Kovrov town, Vladimir province)

This article is devoted to the study of one of the aspects of resolving the housing issue of the city of Kovrov, Vladimir province, in the difficult period of the new economic policy. The practical implementation of the research task is achieved by consistently identifying the state of the city's housing sector on the eve of the NEP era, by studying the local practice of municipalization and demunicipalization of houses. The authors, using archival materials, explore the processes of development of the housing and communal sector of the city of Kovrov in the 1920s, identify problems and solutions in this industry.
