On impersonal constructions in French

The article is devoted to the description of the peculiarities of impersonal sentences in Russian and French. The aim of this work is a comparative analysis of impersonal forms and their meanings in the Russian and French languages. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the comparative analysis of the models of impersonal constructions in Russian and English, taking into account their semantic meanings. When considering the differences in the formation of impersonal constructions, the author comes to the conclusion that the languages are dominated by parallelism of structural constructions, which represent the main ways of formation of impersonality.
