The hackney language expedition was launched in 2021: some results

The article is devoted to the description of the results of a language expedition conducted by researchers of the Khakass Research Institute of Language, Literature and History to the Bey district of Khakassia. The main purpose of the expedition was to collect up-to-date data on the Sagai dialect of the Khakass language, namely, fixing the language materials of the Sagai dialect and conducting a questionnaire to identify the language situation in the villages of compact residence of speakers of this dialect. On the basis of the questionnaire, some aspects of the existence of the Sagai dialect of the Khakass language were revealed. A comparative analysis of the data was carried out with the data of the previous expedition to other areas. Based on the results of the comparative analysis, it can be concluded about the problems of functioning and development of the Khakass language.
