Formation of safe behavior in preschoolers with disabilities

Objective: to analyze the available materials and form a new approach to the problem of forming safe behavior in preschoolers with disabilities; to verify the results and conclusions based on the results of their own research; to substantiate the significance of the problem. Methods: Study of literature and other sources of information on the topic. Results: The article provides a theoretical analysis of the key concepts of "safety", "safe behavior", "safe behavior of preschoolers", characterizes the essence of the approach to the formation of safe behavior in children with disabilities, identifies the difficulties of implementing this approach in the Russian education system. Conclusions: Safety should be considered not so much as the absence of a real danger, but as the result of an adequate assessment of the environment, the ability to take the most favorable position for oneself and flexibly respond to changes in the environment. Preschool age is an important stage in the formation of a child's personal experience. It is during this period that the experience of safe behavior begins to take shape. In modern pedagogical theory, the problem of the formation of safe parenting skills is considered in sufficient detail. However, the current practice does not take into account the peculiarities of the development of children with disabilities.
