Linguistic and historical approach to the study of Chinese history in fairy tales and children’s stories

The purpose of the article is to identify Chinese folklore influence on the children’s character formation. During the study the following interrelated tasks were solved: 1) the role of fairy tales as one of the methods of traditional upbringing of children in the People’s Republic of China is revealed; 2) changes in the method and nature of the perception of folklore and fairy tales in the modern world are traced. The following methods of scientific research were applied in the article: 1) a comparative analysis of Eastern and Western methods of educating a new generation; 2) an analysis of studied literature. The scientific novelty of the work includes an attempt of the study to observe how changes in the quality and lifestyle of people, including the introduction of various gadgets into the lives of children at an early age, affected the perception of traditional Chinese morals.
