Cultural concept as a universal and cultural and national value

The article considers the cultural concept as a universal and cultural-national value. It is noted that the content of the concept as a unit of the linguistic picture of the world is always nationally specific, i.e. it reflects the peculiarities of the culture and worldview of a particular linguistic and cultural community, and therefore the study of any concept is valuable for the reconstruction of the linguistic picture of the world. It is argued that the study of cultural concepts contributes to the identification of ethnic peculiarities of the style of thinking of the people as an image of culture, which is one of the aspects of spiritual culture. In conclusion, it is noted that the mentality of the people is reflected precisely through key cultural concepts, thanks to which it is possible to form an idea of the speakers of this linguistic culture about the world around them.
