Contextual characteristics of the inaugural discourse in Russia (based on V.V. Putin's speeches)

This article is devoted to the study of the contextual components and features of the inaugural discourse delivered by the most influential politician in the world - Russian President V.V. Putin. Being an integral part of the ceremony for the newly elected president, a significant political event, the inaugural discourse has both linguistic and extralinguistic constitutive factors that can influence the construction of reality with a political goal. The author focuses on the specifics of the creation and functioning of the dominant components of the situation, depicted by means of verbal and non-verbal linguistic means, based on their own intention, and identifying the characteristics of the inaugural discourse of the President of the Russian Federation V. V. Putin.
