Linguistic constructs of grammatical concepts

Borovik V.   (Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor, Irkutsk State University)

The methodological basis of this article is the statement that grammatical concepts reflect the most general categories of the grammatical structure of any language and represent the results of generalization of information about the relevant language objects, their properties and usage. As part of the concept, it is always possible to identify a number of semantic fields that characterize the corresponding semantic segments, while the basis of the structure of semantic fields are constructs - the most stable and frequent linguistic constructions. Since the most common abstract concepts of any language are "grammatical meaning", "grammatical category" and "grammatical form of words", this article uses the example of these concepts to present the structure of the semantic fields forming them and the specifics of the main linguistic constructs in their composition.

Keywords:linguistic construct, grammatical concept, semantic field, model of linguistic personality, discourse.
