The develpig of professional qualities of future specialists while studying the fundamental of science

The article deals with the pedagogical conditions of development and self-development professional and managerial qualities of the students while studying the fundamentals of science. The sequence of the development of professional training of graduates is formulated. The professional qualities with interrelation of professional and managerial objectives with educational, spiritual and philosophical goals on the methodological basis are considered. An authors took systematical approach. Systematical approach allows to model the pedagogical system which contribute to the development of the subject position of students. A subject position of students is associated with the idea of modern humanistic pedagogy consisting with the need to subject-subject interaction between a teacher and a students.
