Physical culture and health-improving activity of students as means of healthy lifestyle culture formation

The study of healthy lifestyle issues is considered in the article, the importance and necessity of considering the essential characteristics of the content of such concepts as "health", "healthy lifestyle" in the context of the formation of a healthy lifestyle culture in the youth environment is actualized. The problem of health and a healthy lifestyle formation is an interdisciplinary scientific nature and is studied by natural, social and humanitarian sciences about human. On this basis, the main components (cognitive, emotional-value, conative, motivational, praxiological), elements of healthy lifestyle and conditions that influence the formation of motivation and value attitude to physical culture and wellness activities are presented. The content of the work on the healthy lifestyle formation is revealed. It is established that the effectiveness of the students’ healthy lifestyle formation is determined by the system of physical culture classes and physical fitness activities. In order to identify students' motivational position and value attitude to the problem of healthy lifestyle through the questionnaire method, a survey was conducted that allowed to identify attitudes to physical education and healthy lifestyle and to outline promising directions and ways to solve the problem.
