TO THE PROBLEM OF THE INTERFERENCE IN TEACHING GERMAN AS A SECOND FOREIGN LANGUAGE

The article examines the influence of the English language on the study of a second foreign German language by students of a non-linguistic specialty. The paper describes the most typical errors at different language levels caused by interference. The reasons for their appearance are considered and analyzed. In the final part, comments are given on ways to prevent such mistakes in further education.
