In the article the analyzes the main difficulties associated with the construction of effective pedagogical communication in professional activity. The essence of the concept and important components of pedagogical communication are considered. The results of a survey on the study of effective models of pedagogical communication are presented. Conclusions are drawn about the need to search for optimal models of pedagogical communication to achieve effective goals of professional activity. The relevance of this issue is due to the fact that most pedagogical problems are caused by distortions in the field of professional and pedagogical communication, and not by shortcomings in the scientific and methodological training of teachers. The novelty of the work consists in comparing the views of teachers and students on the problem of building an effective dialogue in the learning process.
