DEVELOPMENT OF AN ALGORITHM AND MODEL FOR FORMATION OF A CULTURE OF FIRE SAFE BEHAVIOR IN CHILDREN IN RUSSIA ON THE BASIS OF AN ANALYSIS OF STATISTICAL INDICATORS

The aim of the study is to develop a model and algorithm for the formation of a culture of fire safety behavior in children in the Russian Federation based on a study of official statistics on the number of fires due to "prank children with fire" and their consequences. Security is one of the most necessary conditions for the continued existence of mankind. To prevent dangerous and emergency situations, to minimize their negative consequences, it is necessary to increase the level of training of each person, form a new worldview, and cultivate a culture of public safety. People need not only to form certain knowledge and skills to prevent and overcome dangerous situations, but also to ensure that this process is an internal need. The development of norms of safe behavior, as well as the level of preparedness of a person, are becoming more significant factors for preventing the development of dangerous and emergency situations and, in turn, reducing their negative consequences. In this regard, it is interesting to study the need to form a culture of fire-safe behavior in such a category as children. This article proposes a model and algorithm for the formation of a culture of fire-safe behavior in children in the Russian Federation based on a study of official statistics on the number of fires due to "prank children with fire" and their consequences. The relevance of the study lies in the fact that despite the downward trend in the level of child mortality in fires, the level of readiness of children for danger does not decrease, and the consequences of a fire due to "pranks of children with fire" cause significant damage.
