APPLICATION OF MULTIBALL SYSTEM IN TABLE TENNIS TRAINING

This article reveals a brief history of the development of table tennis as a professional sport. It presents the reasons of popularity of this sport, as well as peculiarities of metabolic processes and physiological mechanisms of players. The author describes the role of table tennis among Chinese sportsmen. The peculiarities of the multiball system implementation in the training process were considered.
