The study of this topic helps to better assess the socio-economic processes in the Bulyar land volost. Numerous sales by votchinniks of their lands narrowed the possibilities for solving the issue of land provision for non-votchinniks. His decision dragged on for many decades, part of the population continued to suffer from a lack of land. Documents of this period made it possible to establish the number and origin of non-owner-owners - "bashkirs", to refute the tendentious opinion on this matter.
