CONDITIONS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE UNIVERSITY ECOSYSTEM WITHIN THE COGNITIVE PARADIGM OF EDUCATION

The article examines the organizational and pedagogical conditions of the university's development into an ecosystem in the context of the cognitive paradigm of education. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the features of the educational ecosystem in terms of achieving the quality of education. It is noted that the methodology of the development of educational ecosystems should be considered as a new vector of the development of educational activities, analyzing the principles of the implementation of the ecosystem approach from the standpoint of achieving the quality of education. The basis of this research is a prototype of a virtual universal educational organization that recreates its own educational environment customized to the educational needs and capabilities of each person. It is established that the strategies of harmonious development of the university as an ecosystem can be considered from the standpoint of information-cognitive and sociocognitive approaches. The author comes to the conclusion that the ecosystem approach is a response to the demand for increasing the social responsibility of the education system. It is proved that the main meta-principles of the formation of an educational ecosystem based on the cognitive paradigm of education are: human conformity, nature conformism, social orientation. In conclusion, the author comes to the conclusion that when developing and implementing educational ecosystems, it is necessary to ensure a balance of interests and leveling the contradictions of all actors in the education system.
